The package includes 3-person sharing room accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, Category “C” tent accommodation during the main Hajj days, organised transportation and continuous pilgrim support.

Pre-registration for Hajj 2027 is currently open with:

Primary Registration

Required Deposit: Approximately £2,445 per person

Hotel Accommodation

Makkah Hotel

Sawaed Al Khair, or a similar-standard hotel.

Approximately 4 minutes’ walk from Masjid al-Haram.

Madinah Hotel

Al Marjan Inter Tower Hotel, or a similar-standard hotel.

Approximately 4 minutes’ walk from Masjid an-Nabawi.

Room Arrangement

The package includes 3-person sharing room accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah.

Flight & Transportation

• Economy-class return air travel from Sylhet to Saudi Arabia and back to Sylhet, subject to the confirmed flight schedule and final package arrangements.
• Ground transportation throughout the Hajj journey.
• Special train service for travel between Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah and Jamarat, subject to official Saudi arrangements.
• Private coach services may be provided where applicable and subject to the confirmed itinerary and official arrangements.

Mina Accommodation

• Comfortable accommodation in Category “C” tents during the main Hajj days, subject to official Saudi Hajj arrangements.

Daily Meals

The package includes three freshly prepared meals daily, subject to the confirmed meal arrangements and official Hajj schedule.

The package provides opportunities for spiritual learning and visits to important historical and religious sites.

• Ziyarah to Taif from Makkah.
• Visit to the historic Battlefield of Badr from Madinah.
• Assistance with arrangements for visiting Riyazul Jannah, subject to official availability, Nusuk requirements and approval.
• Pre-Hajj training and guidance from experienced Islamic scholars.
• Continuous religious guidance and Q&A sessions throughout the journey.
• Special guidance sessions covering Hajj duties and rituals during the stay in Makkah, Mina and Arafah.
• Practical guidance to help pilgrims prepare for the different stages of Hajj.

Optional Mina Upgrade

Pilgrims may upgrade to Premium Category “A” Mu’allim Service for an additional approximately £1,576 per person, subject to availability and final confirmation.

Dedicated Pilgrim Support

• A dedicated team of representatives will provide support throughout the pilgrimage.
• Assistance will be available at key locations, including Makkah, Madinah, Mina and Arafah.
• Emergency assistance will be available for hospital transfers or relevant official Hajj support services where required.

Direct Communication & Supervision

• Directors and representatives of Latif Travels will support pilgrims throughout the journey.
• Direct assistance will be available for questions, practical concerns or emergencies.
• Representative teams will provide support at key Hajj locations, including Makkah, Madinah, Mina and Arafah.

Registration Terms & Conditions

Personal Expenses

Pilgrims should carry sufficient Saudi Riyals for personal expenses during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

Qurbani

The cost of Qurbani is included with the package.

Flight Schedules

Departure and return must follow the confirmed airline schedule.

Requests for alternative departure or return dates may involve additional charges and are subject to airline availability and confirmation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility will be subject to the confirmed booking terms, airline conditions and applicable Hajj service terms.

Once airline tickets or non-refundable Hajj services have been issued, applicable cancellation charges may apply.

Hajj Days Logistics

During the main Hajj days, transportation, accommodation, meals and other services will operate according to the official schedules, regulations and arrangements established by the Saudi authorities.
