Makkah Hotel: Diar Al Bait Hotel (4-minute walk from Haram Sharif)./ or Similar type Hotel

Madinah Hotel: Al Marjan Inter Tower Hotel (4-minute walk from Masjid-e-Nabawi). or Similar type Hotel 

The Package Includes:
• Economy class air ticket with direct flight from Sylhet (Biman Bangladesh Airlines)
• Mina Accommodation: Comfortable stay in Category “D” tents

• Special Train Service: For travel between Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat Inshallah
• Food Arrangement: Three delicious meals daily, cooked by Bangladeshi chefs
       o Breakfast: Bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, banana, milk, eggs, khichuri
       o Lunch & Dinner: Fish, meat, vegetables, leafy greens, lentils, and bread; fruits will be provided every night
• Guided Ziyarah to the historical sites in the sacred cities of Makkah and Madinah

• Pre-Hajj training and guidance by experienced Islamic scholars
     o Continuous religious guidance and Q&A sessions with scholars throughout the journey
     o Special sessions on duties during stay in Makkah, Mina, and Arafah

• A dedicated team of 15–20 representatives in Makkah and Madinah for round-the-clock service to the pilgrims
• Emergency support team available to assist in immediate hospital or Hajj Mission transfer if any pilgrim becomes ill

Registration Terms & Conditions:

• Pilgrims must carry Saudi Riyals for personal expenses
• Additional Riyals required for Qurbani (animal sacrifice)
• Travel must follow the airline’s scheduled departure and return
• If early or late travel is required, it may be arranged under a short package with additional cost
• If a pilgrim cancels the journey after registration, the ticket value will be refunded after Hajj is completed
• However, no refund will be applicable once the ticket is issued and Hajj is canceled
• During Hajj days, transportation and meals in Mina are arranged by the Saudi government according to their schedule
• In case of any policy changes by the Bangladesh or Saudi governments, or fluctuations in the exchange rate, the package price will be adjusted accordingly

Direct Communication & Supervision:
• Directors of Latif Travels will personally accompany pilgrims throughout the entire journey
• In case of any issues or emergencies, support will be available at any time via direct phone communication
• Our representative team will be present at all key locations, including Mina and Arafah, to provide continuous assistance.
