Makkah Hotel: Hotel Ajwad Ajyad / Lulu Al Azhar – (Only 8 minutes walking distance from Masjid al-Haram) or Similar type Hotel
Madinah Hotel: Burj Al Marjan International Hotel – (Just 4 minutes walk from Masjid an-Nabawi) or Similar type Hotel

** Pre Registration going on by Depositing  Taka 30,000/- (BDT) and copy of Bangladeshi Passport/NID.

• Economy class air ticket with direct flight (Biman Bangladesh Airlines) from Sylhet

• Mina Accommodation: Comfortable stay in Category “D” tents

• Special Train Service: For travel between Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat Inshallah
• Food Arrangement: Three meals daily, prepared by Bangladeshi chefs with delicious taste
            o Breakfast: Bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, banana, milk, eggs, khichuri
           o Lunch & Dinner: Fish/Meat, vegetables, lentils; fruits provided every 3–4 days
• Guided Ziyarah to historical sites in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah
• Special arrangement for prayer at Riyazul Jannah in Madinah
• Three person sharing room accommodation
• Visit to Taif from Makkah, and important sites in Madinah including the Battlefield of Badr
• Pre-Hajj orientation and training by experienced Islamic scholars
     o Religious discussions and Q&A sessions with scholars throughout the journey
     o Guidance on rituals and practices during stay in Makkah, Mina, and Arafah
• A dedicated team of 15–20 representatives in Makkah and Madinah, serving pilgrims full-time
• A dedicated emergency support team for transporting sick pilgrims to hospital or Hajj Mission if required

Registration Terms & Conditions: 

•  Pilgrims must carry Saudi Riyal for personal expenses
• Additional Riyal needed for Qurbani (sacrifice)
• Hajj departure and return must follow the airline’s fixed schedule
• Early or late travel requests may be accommodated under a short package with additional cost
• If a pilgrim cancels after registration, ticket value will be refunded only after Hajj ends
• However, no refund will be applicable once the ticket is issued and Hajj is canceled
• During the days of Hajj, accommodation and meals in Mina are provided by the Saudi Government as per their fixed schedule
• If the Bangladeshi or Saudi Government changes any policies, or if the exchange rate increases, the package cost will be adjusted accordingly

Direct Communication & Supervision:
• Directors of Latif Travels will personally accompany the pilgrims throughout the journey
• Pilgrims can contact us directly anytime for support or in case of emergencies
• Our representative teams will remain active and available in Mina, Arafah, and other key locations
