The Package Includes:
• Economy class air ticket with direct flight (Biman Bangladesh Airlines) from Sylhet
• Mina Accommodation: Comfortable stay in Category “D” tents
• Special Train Service: For convenient travel between Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat
• Food Arrangement: Three daily meals prepared by expert Bangladeshi chefs
       o Breakfast: Bread, butter, jam / Khichuri
        o Lunch & Dinner: Fish/meat, vegetables, and lentils
• Guided Ziyarah to historic sites in the sacred cities of Makkah and Madinah
• 3 person room sharing accommodation in Makkah and Madina.
• Special arrangement for offering prayer at Riyazul Jannah in Madinah
• Ziyarah to important landmarks including Taif from Makkah and the battlefield of Badr in Madinah
• Pre-Hajj orientation and guidance by experienced Islamic scholars
       o Continuous religious support and Q&A sessions with scholars throughout the journey
       o Special discussions on duties and rituals during stay in Makkah, Mina, and Arafah
• A team of 15–20 dedicated representatives will be present full-time in Makkah and Madinah to assist pilgrims
• Dedicated emergency service team available for prompt transfer to hospital or Hajj Mission in case of illness

Registration Terms & Conditions:
• Pilgrims must carry Saudi Riyals for personal expenses
• Additional Riyals required for Qurbani (animal sacrifice)
• Hajj departure and return will be based on the airline’s scheduled timing
• Early or delayed travel may be arranged under a short package with additional costs
• If a pilgrim cancels after registration, only the ticket cost will be refunded after Hajj completion
• However, no refund is applicable after ticket issuance if Hajj is canceled
• During the Hajj period, accommodation and meals in Mina are provided by the Saudi Government as per their official schedule
• If the policy of the Bangladesh or Saudi government changes, or if the package cost/exchange rate increases, the package price will be adjusted accordingly

• Our dedicated representative team will remain on duty at Mina, Arafah, and other key locations throughout the pilgrimage
