Pre-registration for Hajj 2027 is currently open with an initial deposit of approximately £183 and a copy of a valid passport.
Primary Registration: Registration should be completed by 26 September 2026 with a deposit of approximately £2,445.
Hotel Accommodation
Makkah Hotel
Sawaed Al Khair, or a similar-standard hotel.
Approximately 200 metres / 4 minutes’ walk from Masjid al-Haram.
Madinah Hotel
Al Marjan Inter Tower Hotel, or a similar-standard hotel.
Approximately 200 metres / 4 minutes’ walk from Masjid an-Nabawi.
The Package Includes
Flight & Transportation
- Economy-class return air travel from Sylhet to Saudi Arabia and back to Sylhet, subject to the confirmed flight schedule and final package arrangements.
- Ground transportation throughout the Hajj journey.
- Special train services for travel between Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah and Jamarat, subject to official Saudi arrangements.
- 4/5-person sharing room accommodation in Makkah and Madinah.
- Comfortable accommodation in Category “C” tents in Mina.

- Assistance with arrangements for visiting Riyazul Jannah, subject to official availability, Nusuk requirements and approval.
- Pre-Hajj training and guidance from experienced Islamic scholars.
- Continuous religious guidance and Q&A sessions throughout the journey.
- Special guidance sessions covering Hajj duties and rituals during the stay in Makkah, Mina and Arafah.
Dedicated Pilgrim Support
- A dedicated team of 15–20 representatives in Makkah and Madinah providing round-the-clock support to pilgrims.
- Emergency assistance for hospital transfers or relevant official Hajj support services where required.
Optional Mina Upgrade
Pilgrims may upgrade to Premium Category “A” Mu’allim Service for an additional approximately £1,576 per person, subject to availability and final confirmation.
Registration Terms & Conditions
- Pilgrims should carry sufficient Saudi Riyals for personal expenses.
- The cost of Qurbani is included with the package.
- Travel must follow the confirmed airline departure and return schedule.
- Requests for alternative departure or return dates may involve additional charges and are subject to availability.
- Cancellation and refund eligibility will be subject to the confirmed booking terms, airline conditions and applicable Hajj service terms.
- Once airline tickets or non-refundable Hajj services have been issued, applicable cancellation charges may apply.
- During the main Hajj days, transportation, meals and other services in Mina will operate according to the official Saudi schedules and regulations.
- Package prices may be adjusted following official Hajj 2027 announcements, airline fare changes, Saudi service charges, currency exchange-rate fluctuations or changes in applicable regulations.
Direct Communication & Supervision
- Directors of Latif Travels will personally accompany and support pilgrims throughout the journey.
- Direct assistance will be available for questions or emergencies.
- Representative teams will provide continuous support at key locations, including Makkah, Madinah, Mina and Arafah.
