Hotel Accommodation

Makkah Hotel

Ajwad Ajiyad Hotel or Faris Ajiyad Hotel, or a similar-standard hotel.

Approximately 500 metres / 7 minutes’ walk from Masjid al-Haram.

Madinah Hotel

Al Marjan International Hotel, or an equivalent-standard hotel.

Approximately 200 metres / 4 minutes’ walk from Masjid an-Nabawi.

Room Arrangement

4/5-person sharing room accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah.

Package Includes

Flight & Transportation

• Economy-class return air travel from Sylhet to Saudi Arabia and back to Sylhet, subject to the confirmed flight schedule and final package arrangements.
• Ground transportation throughout the Hajj journey.
• Special train services between Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah and Jamarat, or private coach services where applicable, subject to official Saudi arrangements.

Mina & Arafah Accommodation

• Comfortable accommodation in Category “C” tents, subject to official Saudi Hajj arrangements.

Optional Mina Upgrade

Pilgrims may upgrade to Premium Category “A” Mu’allim Service for an additional approximately £1,576 per person, subject to availability and final confirmation.

Food Arrangement

The package includes three freshly prepared meals daily, subject to the confirmed meal arrangements and official Hajj schedule.

Dedicated Pilgrim Support

• Pilgrims should carry sufficient Saudi Riyals for personal expenses.
• The cost of Qurbani is included with the package.
• Departure and return must follow the confirmed airline schedule.
• Requests for alternative departure or return dates may involve additional charges and are subject to airline availability and confirmation.
• Cancellation and refund eligibility will be subject to the confirmed booking terms, airline conditions and applicable Hajj service terms.
• Once airline tickets or non-refundable Hajj services have been issued, applicable cancellation charges may apply.
• During the main Hajj days, accommodation, transportation and meal arrangements will operate according to official Saudi schedules, regulations and arrangements.
