Pre-Registration is ongoing with a deposit of £183 and a copy of a valid passport.

Primary Registration: Registration must be completed for Hajj 2027 by 26 September 2026 with a deposit of £2,445.

Makkah Hotel: Swaed Al Khair or Foad Tower Hotel (4-minute walk / 200 metres from Masjid al-Haram) or similar type hotel.

Madinah Hotel: Al Marjan Inter Tower Hotel (4-minute walk / approximately 500 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi) or similar type hotel.

The Package Includes:

• Economy-class return air ticket from the UK.
• Mina Accommodation: Comfortable stay in Category “C” tents.

• Special Train Service: For travel between Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat, Inshallah.
• Food Arrangement: Three delicious meals daily, prepared by experienced chefs.

Registration Terms & Conditions:

Pilgrims must carry sufficient Saudi Riyals for personal expenses.

Additional Saudi Riyals are required for Qurbani (animal sacrifice).

Travel must follow the airline’s scheduled departure and return dates.

Early or late travel may be arranged under a short package at an additional cost.

If a pilgrim cancels the journey after registration, the ticket value will be refunded after Hajj is completed.

However, no refund will be applicable once the airline ticket has been issued and the Hajj journey is cancelled.

During the Hajj days, transportation and meals in Mina are arranged by the Saudi authorities according to their schedule.

In case of policy changes by the UK or Saudi Arabian authorities, airline fare adjustments, or currency exchange-rate fluctuations, the package price may be adjusted accordingly.

Direct Communication & Supervision:

• Directors of Latif Travels will personally accompany pilgrims throughout the entire journey.
• In case of any issues or emergencies, support will be available at any time through direct phone communication.
• Our representative team will be present at all key locations, including Mina and Arafah, to provide continuous assistance.
